Maniac's Oreo Ice Cream, a Showstopper!

Have you ever think of rewarding yourself or your partner with a homemade ice cream? If the answer is no, then you should know that Kangaroos can't jump backwards! If the answer is yes, then you are on the right page.

Before we start our fun project, let us explain about this ice cream. This has to be the most easiest Ice Cream Recipe you can find! The ice cream is as simple as its name, Oreo and Ice Cream. Oreo is a chocolate wafer sandwich with a sweet creme filling that will blow you away! Simplicity at its finest, it is one of the most amazing ice cream you can make it your own.

You can find all of the ingredients at the general store, which makes it easier to make because you don't have to find specialty shop for the ingredients. 

Here are the list of the ingredients needed to make this stunning ice cream:
  • Heavy Whipping Cream, 1 box
  • Sweet Condensed Milk, according to your personal preference
  • Oreo Cookie, 1 pack
  • Vanilla Extract, 1 cap
With the ingredients listed, lets begin the 2nd fun part, making the ice cream!
  1. Pour in Heavy Whipping Cream into a mixing bowl, Whip till thick.
  2. Put in the Vanilla Extract, Mix well
  3. Mix in the Condensed Milk and the Oreo Cookie, Mix well
  4. Pour into mold, Freeze for at least 6 hours.
  5. Serve. Suggested to serve with pulled mint leaves.

Maniac's Asam Pedas, a Spicy and Sour Fish Dish.

As a pleasant day today, We would like to share to you guys The MOST Fantastic Asam Pedas Recipe that you can make in just 30 minutes time!

Before we start with the recipe, Let us explain the origins of the dish. The spicy and sour fish dish is known generally in Sumatra and Malay Peninsula. This dish is a piece of the culinary legacy of both Minangkabau and Malay conventions, accordingly it is not clear its precise root. The Minang Asam Padeh can be effectively found all through Padang eateries in Indonesia and Malaysia, and it additionally has turned into an ordinary food of Malays from Jambi, Riau, Malay Peninsula, furthermore as far north in Aceh.   • 3 cups of Water
  • Salt, according to your seasoning preference
  • Anchovies Paste Cube
  • 2-4 plates of Rice

With the ingredients being stated, lets start cooking!
  1. Into the pot, heat up the oil. Wait till the oil heats up
  2. Saute the ginger, garlic, and onion. Saute till golden brown
  3. Put in the Anchovies Paste Cube and season the dish with salt. Mix thoroughly
  4. Mix in the chili paste, turn the heat down to a simmer until the chili cooks
  5. Pour in the water, Mix thoroughly
  6. Mix in the Tamarind Paste, Mix thoroughly
  7. Put in the Torpedo Scad, Vietnamese Cilantro, Lady Fingers.
  8. Wait until the fish and the lady finger to cook
  9. Serve with Rice :D
